Helping high-performing professionals live more grounded lives
Life in the Bay Area can feel like too much sometimes. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of anxiety, sadness, or anger. Or you might be stretched thin—juggling work, relationships, and expectations—while wondering if you’re barely holding it all together. You could be feeling disconnected from the people around you, or stuck in a job that drains more than it gives. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Therapy offers a space to catch your breath, gain clarity, and begin to move toward the life you want. That’s what I offer: a supportive, grounded space where change becomes possible.
The people I work with face a range of challenges—emotional, relational, existential, and spiritual. I offer a warm, attentive, and collaborative space that invites curiosity, honesty, and grace. I tailor therapy to meet each person where they are, honoring your pace, story, and values. Clients often share that through our work, they become more confident setting boundaries, more aware of their emotions, more connected in their relationships, and more accepting of themselves as they are. They begin to care for themselves in new ways—less driven by pressure or guilt, and more guided by intention. My hope is to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more aligned with who you truly are.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working as a scientist and engineer in the Bay Area, which gave me firsthand insight into the pressures of high-performance environments and the toll they can take on well-being. Having lived in both the US and abroad, I bring a deep respect for how culture, identity, and life transitions shape who we are. For those who are drawn to it, I also welcome spiritual reflection as part of the therapeutic process. If something here resonates, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation—I’d be honored to connect with you.
